Sarah Forsyth London and Safor Limited (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Safor") grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download or modify it, or any portion of it. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Safor. You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Safor without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" using Safor’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of Safor. Any unauthorised use terminates the permission or license granted by Safor. You are granted a limited, revocable and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of Safor so long as the link does not portray Safor, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Safor logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.
Safor sells products to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Safor only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Safor and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Reviews, comments, communications and other content
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Safor and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Safor and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. Safor and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Safor does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by Safor itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Site policies, modifications and severability
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Safor and is protected by international copyright laws.
All other trademarks not owned by Safor that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Safor.
Distance selling regulations
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Safor Limited for a full refund. However, please note that this does not apply to items that have been used. Order cancellations must be made in writing to the above address, quoting your order number within seven days. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the address above, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item remains your responsibility until it received by us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
||SHIPPING & RETURNS
Safor offers a number of shipping options in its online store, including Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post, Royal Mail Standard Parcels, Parcelforce 48 and Royal Mail International Signed For. Customers are presented with the appropriate shipping option(s) for their order - depending on the weight of their consignment and the delivery address. Shipping prices are calculated automatically according to Royal Mail's and Parcelforce's published UK and international rates. Please note that we are not registered for VAT.
If our system is unable to calculate a shipping cost, then the customer will be alerted and the shipping price will appear on the order as '£0.00'. We will then contact the customer before fulfilling the order to agree on a shipping method and price.
Depending on the shipper and service selected, goods are normally despatched either next day, or up to four days after receipt of order.
If we have insufficient stock to fulfil a customer's requirements then the customer will normally be alerted by the system before the order is completed. If they nevertheless choose to proceed with the transaction, then an advance order will be placed on the system and the customer will be charged. In this event we will let the customer know when we expect to receive new stock and will despatch their goods at the earliest opportunity. If we are out of stock of any item and the customer does not wish to place an advance order, then they should please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an indication of when we expect to receive new stock.
We are unable to guarantee delivery of goods by any particular date and any indication given to customers about delivery dates is for their general guidance only and does not constitute a binding contract.
Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns and exchanges
Customers in the United Kingdom who are not completely satisfied with their online purchase may return it to us within 21 days for a full no-quibble refund – including all postal and courier charges. Customers from outside the United Kingdom may return their purchase within 28 days for a full refund – excluding return carriage. Other customers should return the item to the retailer where it was purchased.
All returned goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging – including the dustbag as appropriate. We will not accept returned items for refund or exchange that show signs of use, damage or alteration – or that are not in their original packaging.
How to return or exchange an item
1. Email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your order (14 days for overseas customers), indicating why you wish to return the goods and whether you are looking for an exchange or a refund.
2. We will then email you back a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number valid for the next 14 days – within which you may return the unwanted item(s).
3. If your item has not been used, damaged or altered then place it in its original packaging (including dustbag as appropriate) along with a note of your own name, address, telephone number and email address. Then reseal the package and carefully cover it with new packaging material to protect it in transit.
4. Label the package as follows:

... and post or courier it to us, retaining the receipt (UK customers only).
5. Email us again to confirm that the item has been despatched, and providing your RMA number and (UK customers only) the amount you spent on carriage. We may subsequently request proof of postage or courier payment before making the full refund – so please keep your receipt.
6. Returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by us. For your own protection, therefore, we recommend that you return your purchase using a postal or courier service that insures you for the value of the goods. We will refund the full cost of this if your return meets our requirements detailed above.
7. Qualifying returns will be exchanged or refunded as soon as possible. You will be informed by email when your refund has been processed or when a replacement product has been despatched.
8. Refunds can only be made to the same PayPal account or credit card, etc., as the original payment. Similarly, exchange goods will only be sent out to the same delivery address as the original order.
Faulty or wrong items
If the item you have received is damaged or faulty, or not what you ordered, then don’t hesitate to use the returns process above to return it for an exchange or full no-quibble refund.
Sarah Forsyth London products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. If during this period a manufacturing fault develops, then you may return the item for repair or replacement (subject to availability) free of charge. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. Again, please follow our standard returns process.
Kindly note that each bag we produce varies, as each genuine skin we use is different from every other. In addition, it is usual for small creases to appear in the leather or skin. Variations in colour or irregularities in skins are normal features of our bags and other products.
Discount codes and vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
